Week 5: Garlic-Parsley Mussel Fettuccine

Fresh fettuccine tossed with garlic and chili, folded in wine-steamed mussels and chopped parsley.

Ingredients: Mussels, parsley, garlic, chili flake, white wine

salt, pepper, olive oil

Steam cleaned mussels with white wine for 2-3 minutes. Take out the mussels, reduce the liquid.

caramelize some garlic and red chili flakes

Fold fresh pasta in to the garlic and chili flakes, add sauce, and emulsify. Add mussels and chopped parsley.
